These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DashForge email services provided under the dashforge.net domain. By applying for and using DashForge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
DashForge provides professional email account provisioning under the dashforge.net domain. Services include email hosting, storage, secure authentication, and related communication infrastructure operated from the United Kingdom.
All email accounts are issued through an application and review process. DashForge reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. Approval does not create an obligation for indefinite service provision.
DashForge offers multiple service tiers (Essential, Professional, Executive, and custom Enterprise solutions). Specific features, storage limits, and pricing are detailed on the pricing page and may be updated periodically with notice to subscribers.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify DashForge immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Email addresses are assigned based on availability and approval. DashForge reserves the right to decline specific address requests that violate policies, infringe trademarks, or are otherwise inappropriate.
DashForge email accounts must be used for legitimate professional, business, or organizational communication purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use DashForge services for:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. DashForge reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
Subscription fees are charged in British Pounds (GBP) according to your selected plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
By providing payment information, you authorize DashForge to charge the agreed fees on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription.
DashForge may modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and changes will apply at the next renewal cycle.
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial payment. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at DashForge's discretion.
Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination. Unpaid accounts may be subject to collection efforts and late fees.
DashForge targets 99.9% uptime for email services, excluding scheduled maintenance. Specific SLA guarantees apply to Executive and Enterprise plans.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
While we strive for continuous availability, no service can guarantee 100% uptime. DashForge is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, except as specifically covered by SLA agreements.
Your use of DashForge services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You retain ownership of email content you create and store. By using the service, you grant DashForge necessary rights to transmit, store, and process your content to provide services.
While DashForge maintains backups for disaster recovery, you are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data.
Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.
All rights, title, and interest in DashForge services, including software, trademarks, and documentation, remain the property of DashForge and its licensors.
DashForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. This license terminates upon service cancellation.
You may not use DashForge trademarks without prior written permission, except to identify yourself as a service user.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashForge's total liability for any claims arising from or related to services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
DashForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DashForge, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms commence when you register for services and continue until terminated by either party.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately. You remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) continue after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact DashForge to attempt informal resolution.
DashForge may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DashForge regarding services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without DashForge's written consent. DashForge may assign these Terms without notice.
DashForge is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet infrastructure failures.
